Founded in 2015, FLUIDIK is dedicated to providing high-performance hydraulic solutions for demanding applications. We specialise in design and manufacture of hydraulic components and systems for pressures up to 700 bar. Over the years, we have expanded our product range to include pumps, valves, accessories, and complete hydraulic systems tailored for mid and low-pressure applications. Our products find use in a variety of industries—from machine tools and oil & gas to off-highway equipment, wind power, construction machinery, and specialised test rigs. Every product of the brand exemplifies durability, precision, and reliability, carrying forward the legacy of our parent company.
Legacy and Expertise - Our parent company, Bemco Hydraulics Limited (BEMCO), established in 1957, is a recognised leader in high-tonnage hydraulic and servo presses—up to 6,000 tons—and a diverse range of equipment including wheel fitting presses, straightening presses, and rescue rigs. With a strong presence in the defense and aerospace sectors, BEMCO continues to set benchmarks in quality and innovation.

Our Team
Our dedicated team is made up of a blend of youth and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering the best possible solutions for our customers. The core of the team has been with the company from its initial nascent days and has grown along with it. The team understands the challenges and expectations in meeting customer requirements be it on-time delivery, packing requirements, performance, or aesthetics expectations of customers.
A significant amount of time is spent in training the team on various aspects of business including PPAP, QMS, APQP, 5S, Kaizen, etc. to enhance the quality of manpower and hence the quality of products. An internal audit is done periodically through a 3rd party consultant to review and check adherence to accepted good practices and if required bring about course correction.
Infrastructure
Over the last 10+ years, we have developed unique capabilities in design and manufacturing with advanced design and 3D modelling software & tools. The manufacturing facility also boasts of a modern assembly and testing line capable of endurance and life cycle testing of products as may be required to meet customer qualification requirements. A line of fine finishing machines including honing and grinding ensure that there are no compromises in product quality and performance.
Some of the key areas of strengths are listed below,
- In-house design and manufacture of pumps, valves, manifolds and systems.
- In-house facilities for precision honing, turning, grinding (cylindrical and surface) and machining centres
- Approved suppliers for casting, die casting and forging.
- Approved sub-contractors for heat treatment (nitriding, case hardening & through hardening) and surface treatment including Zn-Ni plating.
- Approved testing contractors for ultrasonic, chemical and mechanical testing of raw materials
- Approved suppliers for a variety of raw material suppliers including EN grade, Aluminium Alloys, C45 etc.
- Assembly and Testing of Components and Systems.
