Machine Tool/ CNC Power-pack
Machine Tool or CNC Power-packs are designed with a 30ltr oil tank driving a Pressure Compensated Vane Pump (11lpm/ 70bar). The motor is a standard type with an air-oil cooler to provide additional cooling for the oil returning into the tank. A return line filter (25µ) is used to filter the return oil into the tank. The valve stack is built around the power unit based on application requirements and will typically have a chuck clamp, tail stock movement, turret clamp and a parts catcher stack built-in. The same power unit may also be used for fixture clamping applications. An accumulator 1.0ltr is integrated into the circuit to compensate for any leakages or to meet the cycle time requirements.
