Gear pumps (CBK)
The CBK type fixed gear pumps are unique pumps with suction port on rear side and pressure (delivery) port on the shaft side. These are external gear pumps that use meshing of gears to pump fluid by displacement. The CBK pump find usage in equipments that use sandwich manifolds based hydraulic power-pack viz. car parking systems, fork-lifts, tipper and garage equipment/ vehicles.
The pumps are designed for high efficiencies with low noise and can be operated at very low RPM’s. The body of the pump is made of extruded aluminium and high strength integral gears for reliable performance.
Note: The pumps may be coupled to either AC or DC motors, but care should be taken to ensure right direction of rotation when connecting.
Low RPM below recommended level or high RPM above maximum will result in lower pump efficiency and may also impact life of pump.
