Filtration Trolley (FTR)
Hydraulic oil filtration trolley type FTR-1 is a single stage filtration unit that is portable and designed to clean and purify hydraulic oils by removing contaminants present in oil. These trolleys are essential for maintaining the health and longevity of hydraulic systems by ensuring that the oil remains within specified cleanliness standards and is recommended to be used either when filling oil from a barrel into the tank/ reservoir or periodically filter the oil in the system.
The unit consists of a 1-phase electric motor with high efficiency gear pump, a suction strainer and a 10µ filter for removing the particles. The clean oil is fed back into the tank/ reservoir and the filtration process may be continued until the required cleanliness is achieved.
The portable design allows for on-site filtration of hydraulic tanks and also transfer of new oil into systems. For transferring new oil, the suction hose is fitted with a steel pipe at the end which can be removed when performing tank filtration.
The motor starter is installed as standard and the unit is ready to use and is plug-and-play system with a set of extra filter element included in supply scope.
