Customised Power-packs/ test rigs
Customised hydraulic systems to meet application requirements can be co-developed with OEMs for series or one-off supplies. The current portfolio includes DC power units for tippers, car lifting/ parking power units, hose-testing power packs up to 1200kgf/cm2, petrol engine-driven power packs, spring-testing equipment etc. We also have wide experience in the design and manufacture of complex hydraulic test benches with 3000lts SS304 oil tanks with 180kW electric motors coupled to axial piston pumps, proportional valves, and pressures up to 550kgf/cm2. VFD control, high-end PLC programming and SCADA programming for cylinder testing, valve testing and machine functions.
